Challenge: Global Insurance client needed facilitation of their strategic planning process to refine their current plan.

Response: Scope, participants, outcomes and agenda were developed. The strategic planning session was conducted over several days at an off-site location. An updated plan was created, finalized and implemented. Follow-up activities were put in place to sustain momentum.

Executive Coaching

Challenge: Senior executive for large financial organization needed to refine her approach to the evolving demands on her work.  

Response: Worked 1:1 with client to analyze current trends, determine need to change/develop approach, and to build skills in targeted performance areas.

Challenge: Financial services department heads needed help in developing strategic planning and meeting facilitation skills for up-coming, important an high-exposure projects.

Response: Worked with each to enhance current skills, offered new tools and built confidence in each client, resulting in projects that earned high praise by attendees and senior leaders.

Leadership Development Framework Development

Challenge: Global manufacturing company needed a framework for leadership and executive development along with a relevant implementation plan.

Response: consulted with senior leaders to scope, design and develop a multi-level, multi-faceted leadership development framework and implementation plan.  Began implementation of plan, turning over the final product to the internal team for further implementation. 

Change Management

Challenge: Manufacturing organization needed change management training for staff and leaders to assist with a pending merger to ensure employees and managers understood and accepted the planned changes.

Response: Developed and conducted sessions to help employees and managers understand changes, their reactions to the changes and introduced skills to help move through personal transition towards adoption.

Customer Service Skills Training / Program Development

Challenge: Financial services client needed to enhance division service skills as a part of broader organization initiative.  

Response: Consulted with planning group to develop plan, outcomes and agenda for sessions. Conducted sessions for department staff and leaders. Consulted with implementation group on metrics and sustainability plan.
